Lily Ann and I are known as "The Coastal Heart Team" because we have a passion for helping others, giving back to our community and knowing that our success is found in serving others. We have perfect clarity that it is not how much you get in life, but how much you give.

We believe working in real estate is about as personal as one may get in fostering the dreams of others. For our sellers, is truly a privilege to help them meet their unique needs and negotiate their best selling price. We understand how personal a home can be and how emotional a transition to a new place is. For buyers, we are very good at finding that one perfect home that encompasses their hopes and dreams. As savvy business professionals, we also know how to market effectively and negotiate the very best price for our sellers and buyers.

As one who is dedicated to her career, Lily Ann has, also, trained and earned credentials in staging real estate and both Ken and Lily Ann are experienced real estate photographers. Part of the success in selling your home is knowing how to present it to be the warm and inviting place that buyers are looking for.

Lily Ann: As a person and as a real estate professional, my credo has always been: "I live to serve". In both my early career as a teacher and later as an attorney, I have dedicated myself to helping others. I have now been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years and have found immense satisfaction and reward in continuing to serve my clients in moving their lives to the next level. As a Gulf Coast resident for over 15 years, I know intimately the unique environment and benefits of coastal living. I have my Bayliner 4788 docked at Lulu's Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores so I really appreciate the "Salt Life" boating lifestyle and recreational opportunities that abound in south Alabama.

Ken: Hailing from New Orleans, graduate of L.S.U., I served 12 years in Special Forces, have over 3 decades of business experience as a financial planner, corporate marketer, photographer and entrepreneur. I have bought, sold and developed real estate projects in New Orleans, California, Idaho, Nevada and now happily reside in coastal Alabama focusing on residential real estate.
